Prinst on canvas and acrylic – we do the printing in Montreal, Canada. We also have logistic facilities within New York state. Orders shipped to Canadian customers are shipped from Montreal, and to US customers from New York state. No importation fees or any local tax for US customers.

If the courier service does not deliver to the specified address, the website management will contact the visitor to arrange an alternative shipping address.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Since we do not hold inventory and produce each item to order, our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you wish to cancel your order before production has begun, please send us an email. We will issue a refund, deducting 5% of the total transaction amount to cover the processing fee charged by the credit card company.
Once production has started, cancellations and returns are not possible, as each item is custom-made to order.
